I NO LONGER ACCEPT HEALTH INSURANCE-PAID MASSAGES. You may request a receipt for your massage. See Referral page for Massage Therapists who may accept health insurance. I ONLY accept Auto Insurance (PIP) and Worker's compensation (L&I).

Steps to use (PIP and L&I ONLY) insurance:

1. Verify that your insurance coverage covers massage.
2. Obtain a legible doctor referral including ICD-10 code, frequency and number of treatments, and start date.
3. Bring with you claim #, referral, and insurance card on day of massage appointment.
